"My order was not what I expected"
I received something different from what I ordered. I reached out to customer support for assistance, but I still haven't heard back. I've enjoyed Oiler and Boiler products before, so it's disappointing to see their customer service and warehousing fall short.

"Nice clothes, but let down by customer support"
I signed up for the newsletter to snag a 15% discount on my order. That never came through, so I called customer support the following day. They promised to get back to me, but sadly, that didn’t happen. The items are of decent quality and showed up fast, but I still didn’t get that 15% off.

"Lack of Customer Support"
I received my order pretty fast, but they messed up the size. I reached out right away through the Contact Us section and also from my order confirmation email. It's been a week now, and I haven't heard back from either source, plus I'm still stuck with the incorrect size shorts.

"My Experience with Oiler and Boiler Underwear"
I've been buying Oiler and Boiler underwear for quite a while now, and I just ordered some more. But when they showed up, the quality was really disappointing. The fabric feels more like women's stockings instead of the usual stretchy cotton. I reached out to their customer service, but I haven't heard back from them, which is pretty frustrating. All I want is a refund! I would’ve given them a zero if that was an option.

"Loyal Shopper for More Than 8 Years"
For roughly 8 years, I've been purchasing my underwear from this brand. Usually, the quality is solid and they hold up well. The colors are vibrant and they feel comfy. However, there have been times when they’ve stretched out and ended up way too loose!

I really hope they start replying to emails.

"Enhance Your Customer Support!"
I faced quite a delay when trying to sign up on your website, waiting several days for an email confirmation. I reached out to customer support to ask if I’d be charged VAT since I’m a US citizen, but I never got a reply. After I placed my order, I didn’t get a tracking number, which led to me missing the delivery. It was only after I contacted customer service that I finally received it via email. Seriously, you gotta step up your customer service!

"Not quite what I expected."
I've been purchasing underwear from Ouler and Boiler for a good few years now, and I've always been pretty happy with the quality. However, it's a letdown that the elastic waistband seems to be made from a weaker and flimsier material lately. I'm not certain if this change was intentional.
